Yes. Mommy is a Sucker...

...for kittens.

His name is Shadow and he is a really good cat.
(Don't get me started on how much easier cats are than dogs...)

I'm also a sucker for my blondie with those blue eyes
and kissable cheeks!

Jake a.k.a TROUBLE

I was in the bathroom this morning
when I heard the chair being scooted across the floor.
I hollared to Ty, asking him what he was doing. Ty said he
wasn't the one moving the chair. It was Jake.
The kid who is
always up to no good!
This is what I found...

"Some one" got into the sprinkles because
apparently I didn't put enough on his pancake.
I'm just glad he chose the sprinkles and NOT the syrup!
That would've been a h.u.g.e. mess...

Mmmm...

The face says it all!
Too funny!

Attempting to potty train
(not so fun)

My favorite Jake moment(s)...
when he falls asleep on me!!

Last Day As A First Grader!

Luke did not want to smile...

he was so sad to not have Mrs. Boyd as a teacher any more.

When I picked him up from school that day,

he got into the front seat and started crying (so sad).

We stole Steph's fabulous idea and gave Mrs. Boyd some Diet Coke,
along with a card that said "I am SODA-lighted that you were my first grade teacher! Thanks for QUENCHING my THIRST for knowledge...". Mrs. Boyd loved it!
Of course "the brothers" don't want to be left out of any photo op!

Mrs. Boyd and Luke
She was such a great teacher for Luke!

Cabela's

The boys' favorite place to go!
Since we weren't able to make the trip up to Utah for Kensie's baptism, we wanted to do something fun with the boys. They were bummed that we weren't going to Utah, but when we asked them if they wanted to go to Cabela's...they cheered up! They love to see all of the fish and animals....and the best part is that it's FREE! (besides the cost of gas) We get to drive right by the stadium where the Cardinals play, so that is always another highlight of the Cabela's trips.
